How does the booking process work?
Booking with High Ticket Brokers is both simple and bespoke.
Browse our curated collection of luxury properties, book online, or connect directly with one of our advisors for personalized assistance. Once you’ve chosen a property and availability is confirmed with the owner, your booking and its terms are finalized.
A deposit secures your reservation, after which our dedicated concierge service takes over—organizing every detail to ensure your stay is seamless, personalized, and unforgettable.
How do I pay for my stay?
To confirm your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days after signing your rental contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period.
Will I be asked for a security deposit?
Yes. Prior to your arrival, a security deposit is required to cover potential damages.
The amount will be clearly stated in your rental contract and can also be confirmed with your advisor before booking.
This deposit will only be used in the case of damage and upon presentation of evidence from the property owner. No amount will be withheld without a full inspection.
Are there any options for early check-in or late check-out?
Standard check-in time is 5 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on the property’s availability and owner approval.
These options are not included by default and must be requested in advance through your advisor.
What are the cancellation terms?
You may cancel your booking under the following terms:
● Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable
● Within 59 days of arrival: 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable
Note: The online pre-booking is fully refundable until the reservation is officially confirmed.
