Securing Your Space
To secure your space at [Your Event Name], a deposit equivalent to 10% of the
total ticket price is required at the time of booking. Please note that tickets for
the Formula 1 event are non-refundable. This deposit guarantees your reservation
for the selected day(s).
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation before the 21-day window leading up to the
event, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total ticket price will be applied. This fee
covers administrative and processing costs associated with cancellations.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full Refund (21 Days Before the Event): You may cancel your reservation and
receive a 90% refund of the ticket price if the cancellation is made at least 21
days before the scheduled event date.
Cancellation Fees (Within 21 Days): If you need to cancel your reservation within
the 21-day window before the scheduled event date, your ticket is
non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover administrative and processing
costs associated with cancellations.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Please allow
12- 21 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Standard Swift
process.

cancellation.
Exceptions
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as force majeure or event
cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, High Ticket Brokers
reserves the right to review and make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case
basis.
