Located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, just a few minutes from the Salins beach, this villa is a 600-square-metre contemporary architectural beauty surrounded by vineyards.
A long entranceway framed by olive trees leads to an impressive facade protected from prying eyes. A large teak terrace and swimming pool are surrounded by palm trees and stone pines. On either side of the house, you’ll find outdoor living and dining areas: the first is covered to protect from the hot summer sun, while the second lets you enjoy the last rays of sunshine each day.
The villa’s main floor features a spacious, softly coloured living room with enormous windows, a simple and elegant dining room, and a terrace with a panoramic view of the vineyards. The kitchen is arranged around a central island made of light wood, respecting the villa’s clean, contemporary style, while the office and TV room feature Hergé artwork. The main floor houses a spacious master bedroom equipped with a private bathroom and dressing room, as well as an intimate private terrace.
The garden level comprises 5 bedrooms decorated in the same modern, minimalist style with colourful highlights, and each equipped with a private bathroom and terrace. Among the bedrooms, the parental suite is attached to a small, private living area and another bedroom has its own office. The floor is also home to a staff bedroom with shower, fitness room and laundry facilities.

How does the booking process work?
Booking with Le Collectionist is both simple and bespoke. Choose a property from our collection, book online or speak to one of our advisors for more details. Once the property is selected and availability is confirmed with the owner, you confirm the booking and its terms.
A deposit secures your booking, then our concierge service takes over to arrange all necessary services and make your stay unique.
How do I pay for my stay?
In order to confirm your booking, you will need to pay a deposit up to 3 business days after signing your contract.
You will then have until two months before the start of your rental period to pay the remaining balance.
Will I be asked for a security deposit?
Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount will be specified in your rental contract and can be requested from your advisor before booking. This deposit will be used to cover the cost of replacement or repairs, upon presentation of evidence provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.
Are there any options for early check-in or late check-out?
Check-in at the property is set at 5 pm and check-out at 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability of the property and approval from the owners. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance from your advisor.
What are the cancellation terms?
You may cancel your booking under the following terms:
● Up to 60 days before your arrival: 50% of the total rental amount
● Between 59 days and the check-in day: 100% of the total rental amount
The online pre-booking is fully refundable until the final confirmation of the reservation.
